1 is the wonderful customer service. One reported it only took 2 rings for a customer support rep to pick up the decision. Yet another could be the fast transport. No one has at any time complained of late shipping. Some even acquired their order before than anticipated.To this point, no-one has made a grievance about the standard of their kratom.
